Nike Launches New Colorways for Spring 2013
Nike's new colorways for spring.
Nike has released four new colorways for their top silos as part of their Spring 2013 line-up. As we approach the end of the European soccer season, you will soon see some of the top Nike players sporting these bright new styles from the American brand. Let’s take a look at them...
The main star of this new line-up will be the new Mercurial Vapor IX in Neptune Blue, a third color combination since its original release in its original Fire Berry and Sunset colorways. Touches of Volt Yellow and a bright pink make the classic Nike speed boot stand out on the pitch, while the new textured dot pattern on the upper introduced in this new generation provides an enhanced touch combined with its trademark explosive speed and All Conditions Control technology.
This generation of Nike’s power boot, the T90 Laser IV, is nearing its final run since launching about a year and a half ago. For now, this cleat gets a facelift with an eye-catching mango and black colorway with an all-white soleplate. The adaptive shield on the instep of the boot blend in for a cleaner look while still serving its purpose of enhanced shooting power, while the premium synthetic upper adds a lightweight and comfortable fit, again with the added bonus of the ACC technology to perform in wet or dry conditions.
Meanwhile, the CTR360 Maestri III gets a refresh on a mint green color scheme. Combined with a touch of Lime for a slight contrast on the upper and black details such as with the Nike logos and the heel, this control boot by Nike keeps the Kanga-Lite upper with All Conditions Control (ACC) technology and 3D control pads that has made them popular among players looking for great ball control.
The Tiempo Legend might be Nike’s most classic model, but it will certainly stand out in the pitch thanks to its latest paintjob. The new Sunburst red, white and orange incarnation is one of the most daring styles for a boot that is geared towards offering comfort, great control and high performance in a more traditional look. The kangaroo leather upper of boot is combined with Kanga-lite synthetic on the mid foot and heel for added support, also treated with All Conditions Control technology during production as the rest of Nike’s top cleats.
